Canton (Ohio) High School wraps up league field hockey title in season finale

For the second time in as many seasons, the Canton High School field hockey team took to the field in its regular season finale with league title aspirations on the line. But unlike last year, when the Bulldogs had to settle for second place after playing to a disappointing 1-1 draw, this year’s squad got it done, beating defending champion King Philip 1-0 Monday on senior night to clinch the Hockomock title outright.
