Huron High School bolts into semifinals of Michigan field hockey tournament

Huron High School erupted for three second-half goals to claim a 3-0 victory over Livonia Ladywood in the Michigan High School Field Hockey Association state quarterfinals Wednesday in Ann Arbor. River Rats goals came from Ainsley McCallister, Kelsey Gradwhol and Erin Edwards. Huron moves on to face Bloomfield Hills Academy of Sacred Heart today at Country Day in Detroit, while Pioneer High School squares off with Bloomfield Hills Marian in the other semi.
